Calendula Flower: Contains antioxidants and carotenoids, ideal for skin soothing and reducing redness, itchiness, and inflammation.

WHAT IS IT FOR?
Facial steaming is a simple and effective way to clean the skin and the pores of impurities, dead skin cells, and dirt. The steam increases circulation, and warms up the surface of the skin,and opens up pores, making it more receptive to other treatments.

HOW TO USE IT?
Clean your face before steaming. Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil. Remove it from heat. Add 1 tablespoon of herbs to the water. Let it sit for 3 minutes. Drape a towel over your head and the water (creating a tent). Make sure it is not too hot! Steam your face breathing deeply for 5-10 minutes. Keep your eyes shut during steaming and relax.
